Welcome to ICCS MART. By accessing our website or booking any tour package through us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your travel plans.

1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are managed and operated by ICCS MART PRIVATE LIMITED.
• An advance payment is required to confirm your booking for any tour, hotel, or travel package.
• The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the journey, as per the agreed schedule.
• Prices may change without prior notice due to variations in hotel tariffs, transport costs, or applicable government taxes.

2. Itinerary Changes

We aim to make every trip smooth and enjoyable. However, ICCS MART reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, road closures, local disturbances, or natural calamities. In such situations, we will make suitable alternate arrangements wherever possible.

3. Travel Documents and Insurance

• Travelers must carry valid government-issued identification (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) required for hotel check-ins and travel.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or baggage loss. ICCS MART is not responsible for such losses.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

To cancel a booking, please notify us in writing via email. Cancellation charges will apply depending on how close the cancellation date is to the departure date. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.

5. User Responsibilities

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly throughout the trip. ICCS MART reserves the right to remove any traveler from a tour whose conduct causes harm, danger, or disturbance to fellow travelers, local communities, or staff.

6. Limitation of Liability

ICCS MART acts as a facilitator between travelers and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, and transport operators. We are not liable for any delay, loss, injury, or damage arising from the acts, omissions, or negligence of these independent providers.
